Balham Town House
Working closely with the owners, who were keen to manage the soft furnishing and finishing touches themselves, our role was to deliver a creative solution to incorporate an en-suite into the master bedroom whilst maximising the bedroom space available. During the renovation a number of the original features of the property were restored i.e. the wood flooring or creatively recreated i.e. the wardrobe doors.

We are so thrilled and relieved we got Capital to Coast on board to project manage the recent work on our house. We really don't know how we would have managed without them.
We set them a budget and explained exactly what work we would like doing. We didn't honestly believe there was anyway Capital to Coast would be able to get everything we wanted done within our budget. But to our great surprise they did - and more!
Capital to Coast were so efficient from day one. They came back to us with a choice of decorators, builders and various options. Meetings were set up, where necessary they helped with decisions that were needed to be made and we were kept updated with a weekly sometimes daily spreadsheet showing our budget.
Capital to Coast managed to get us huge savings on all the work we had done which enabled us to truly end up with our dream house. We couldn't have done this without them and would certainly highly recommend using Capital to Coast.
