Property Search – UK and French Alps
UK
We cover literally the Capital to the South Coast i.e. London and its surrounding areas as far as Oxford, M4 Corridor, Surrey, Kent & Sussex.
If you are finding it hard to juggle work & family commitments in order to free up time to trawl estate agents and arrange house visits to find yourselves a new or second home then let us take the strain.
We can complete the searches in your preferred areas for you, find properties that match your search criteria, visit the properties for you if required and arrange viewings at convenient times for you.
Unlike other property search companies we will not charge you a ‘registration fee’ or charge you a ‘success fee’ we will only charge for the work we actually do. A flat rate of £35 per hour plus any fuel expenses incurred. We will keep you totally up to date with the hours we are spending on your search so you can start it, stop it or resume it at will.
We have no duty of care to the vendors or estate agents and as such our findings and advice to our clients is objective, impartial and based on the current housing market.
France
The French Alps are our specialist area in France. French speaking we have spent the last five years searching in every large ski resort to small village in the area. If you are looking for an individual chalet, an apartment or regeneration project we can take the pain out of the constant trips back and forth to the region round work commitments. We can do the majority of the research in the UK, make most of the contacts via phone/email and if required take an advanced to trip to the area to visit the relevant properties to make sure they truly suit your requirements. If you do not know the area well or would like us to accompany you on your own visit to help bridge any language gap we can do that too. Fees are as the UK above, however, all foreign visits would need to be agreed separately.
We will also undertake renovation projects in France, offering our usual UK service.
House Dressing
Are you trying to sell your property and just finding that your viewings are not coming to fruition? You may need some help with your curb appeal or presenting the rooms in your house in order to appeal to a wider market.
We can meet you at your property and assess the possibilities to enhance your offer and get you that all important offer. We either simply advise you and you can make the changes yourself or we can make the changes for you. The charges for our initial meeting would be £35 per hour and any further work carried out would be charged at our standard 15% of the amount spent on the work.
